Trocadero Grand Prix - Paris Slalom World Cup

Under the aegis of the International Skateboard Slalom Association (ISSA) and the Commission Nationale Descente (CND), Riderz association present Paris Slalom World Cup 2008.

High emotions guaranteed! The world's best slalom skaters will race each other on highly technical courses designed by the top racers themselves. For each slalom discipline, the winner will be awarded cash and various prizes offered by sponsors and partners.

Come to Paris and take up the challenge! Join those who have already signed up and be part of a fun and chilled atmosphere with riders from all over the world.

The program for this new edition includes, multiple slalom sessions (straight, tight and hybrid) as well as a park slalom event, followed by a bowl riding event.

To reward the best Pro skaters a total of 4500 euros are up for grabs. The prize money will be distributed as follows to the top 8 riders of each of the three main slalom disciplines:

1st - 500 euros
2nd - 300
3rd - 200
4th - 150
5th - 100
6th - 100
7th - 75
8th - 75

The slalom events will be held on the 9th (park slalom & bowl), 10th (dual straight slalom), 11th (dual tight special slalom) and 12th (dual hybrid slalom).

Trocadero Grand Prix - Flatland Freestyle

The event will be sanctioned by the WFSA - World Freestyle Skateboard Association - and we expect to see some of the best freestylers in the world coming to Paris to battle it out on the classic Trocadero spot.

The freestyle events will take place on Friday the 9:th (Battle zone), Saturday the 10:th (Trocadero Grand Prix Freestyle & Best trick) and High jump on Sunday the 11:th.

Please welcome the world best freestylers to Paris for a new classic event!

Although the freestyle event is open (ie both Pro and Am skaters skate in the same class) a prize purse has been reserved for the top three. The prize money will be distributed as follows:

1st - 300 euros
2nd - 150
3rd - 100
